Are shipping charges standard?
In the US: $1.00 for the 1st cover, $1.50 for two covers, $2.00
for three or more covers.
Foreign shipping is generally an extra $1.00 but please ask to be sure.
What payment options are available?

Do you provide discounts for quantity?
If you are a dealer requesting quantity discounts, please
